Standard Production Time 5-7 Working Days from Time of art approval and receipt of
Goods. Rush order will be accepted when possible. The following charges will apply

Special Requirements:
Product which require special handling, difficult to hoop or items that require unusual location (bags, bath ropes/briefcases/golf bags portfolios,etc)
Damage/Defects/Errors
Damage and defects allowance per order is 3% rounded up to the next whole piece. we limit per item liability to $30.00 maximum. No credit will be entertained under any circumstances for error within 3% allowance, all order by this definition are allowed one piece spoilage (even an order for one)All embroidered defects will be discard unless otherwise requested within 10 business day’s.
Receiving Goods.
We check all merchandise before production against your purchase order, we do occasionally make mistake verifying however, by checking the garments we are in no way taking responsibility for your vendor error, any claim of incorrect product, size and color must be addressed to your vendor and they must be held responsible.
Sew Out Proof
For logos digitized by us, first sew-out is provided free of charge, Additional sew-out and logos not digitize by us will be charged as specified in 1-5 pcs.Column of our price list.
Approval.
All logos must be in writing, we will not be held responsible for any merchandise once an approval is given.
Discrepancies/Claims:
All discrepancies or claims must be made within 5 day’s of the receipt of goods.
Pick and Drop
$150.00 PLUS Order Will Pick Up Free of Charge, I t Can Be One or More Order’s, under. $149 AND UNDER WILL BE CHARGE $25.00 PICK.
